Hi Patty, I've only come across a few states that have detailed reports with those types of stats on the CPI workforce (I'm sure there are more reports like this, so perhaps others can chime in...).You may have to do a state-by-state search for similar legislative reports/audits to gather all of this info and do some type of comparative analysis/benchmarking. 1. Florida http://www.dcf.state.fl.us/programs/childwelfare/docs/2015LMRs/CPI%20and%20CPI%20Supervisor%20Workforce%20LMR.pdf This is the most recent (Oct. 2015) report from your state (which you probably are already familiar with): See the following tables in the report: Table 2: Vacancies Table 7: Turnover Table 8: Reasons for Separations 2. Texas http://www.sao.texas.gov/reports/main/13-036.pdf This is a 2013 report from the State Auditor's Office. The table that has some relevant info is in Appendix 2, Table 6: Vacancy Rates (for 2010/2) Two other reports that address caseworker staffing/workload that might contain info of interest for your project 1.
