Are there any programs besides Dr. Colbourn-Faller's that does clinical evaluation of children aged 5 and younger who were alleged to have been sexually abused, but who have been judged by forensic interviewers as unable to be interviewed due to their age and/or ability to talk about their experiences, or who have made inconsistent outcries and thus are not likely to have their cases investigated further?
