Hello All,
I am wondering if anyone knows of programs nationally or internationally that help youth who are aging out of care. If yes, has there been any empirical research conducted on these programs? For example, what kinds of things do these programs emphasize? What kinds of things should these program focus on for youth who are aging out of care.
