Could anyone speak to or point me in the direction of promising practices of state and local level prevention efforts(child abuse, juvenile justice, mental health)? For example, regional and local councils, placement of the prevention division in the public health department etc…. I am especially interested in local collaborative efforts that are responsible for not only programming, but policy development and strategic planning as well as structures that exist at the state as well as local levels.
