Probably the two most comprehensive surveys--and those with the most
screening questions-- are by Gail Wyatt and Diana Russell. Linda Williams
also has a paper in which she reports on a survey used for previously
abused adults. It has some good information about the types of questions
that elicited the most disclosures. The cites are below. I believe that the
chapter by Linda Williams and her colleagues is now published.

extrafamilial sexual abuse. Child Abuse and Neglect, 7(2), 133-146.
