Hello everyone,
I am thrilled to announce that Dr. Catherine LaBrenz of the University of Texas at Arlington and Melanie Nadon of the University of Chicago will be our NDACAN Spring Office Hours Flash Talk presenters! Dr. LaBrenz will be presenting a project entitled, "Racial Disparities in Substantiation: The Role of State Policy" which uses NCANDS and the SCAN policy database. Nadon will be presenting a project entitled, "Federalism in Child Welfare: An Analysis of Policy Generosity and Service Utilization of Older Youth in Foster Care" which links state-level policy data with the NYTD services file.
This event will occur in the second half of the NDACAN Office Hours event on April 22nd from 11am - 12pm EST. The Office Hour events are free, and registration is required.
