Subject:Clinical psychologist position specializing in foster care and integrated behavioral health

Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC)’s Division of Behavioral Medicine & Clinical Psychology (BMCP) is inviting applicants with a background in clinical child or adolescent psychology to engage in interdisciplinary team care through integrated behavioral health services. Our goal is to strengthen child and family functioning in children, adolescents, and young adults in the foster care system by focusing on prevention and intervention for behavioral health concerns. This position would be a staff or clinical faculty psychologist position. The psychologist will be part of an interdisciplinary treatment model and provide brief prevention and intervention visits for patients/families during foster care clinic, complete diagnostic assessment and recommendations, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and provide follow-up care as indicated. A competitive candidate will be from an APA graduate program, experience with cognitive behavioral interventions, and experience delivering evidence-based treatment within trauma-based populations. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Those currently on fellowship are encouraged to apply as are those on internship who qualify for licensure in OH.
