Dear Colleagues, The Innovation in Child and Family Wellness Research Group (Innovative Wellness) under the School of Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) is pleased to announce a 2-year postdoctoral fellowship in the areas of social-emotional learning and substance abuse prevention. Innovative Wellness guides school- and community-based efforts to promote social-emotional learning and prevent substance abuse among adolescents. The postdoctoral fellow will join a vibrant research team to examine the efficacy of a trauma- informed, social-emotional learning program to reduce adolescent substance use, called Rise Above ( https://www.riseabovenow.org/).
