Subject:Call for Survey Participation - Social Work and Technology Interactions

Good Day, I am a Ph.D. candidate at Drexel University in the College of Computing and Informatics, where I study the role of technology and information systems in coordinating care for vulnerable populations. My dissertation research focuses on socio-technical systems used for information management by workers that support trauma-exposed youth involved in child/adolescent services. Currently, I am conducting a research study with caseworkers and social workers involved in child/adolescent services investigating their interaction with case management information systems. This research takes shape around the impact of data on how caseworkers and social workers, specifically in child/adolescent services, utilize information systems to make decisions. The study aims to better understand case management technologies and improve practitioners' interactions with data to support case management tasks. If participation in this survey study is of interest, your input will be much appreciated. Note: This study evaluates the technology and systems you use to manage case files. This study is not designed to analyze the caseworker or social worker. Click the link below (or copy and paste the link into your internet browser) to participate in a survey anonymously.
