Subject: Seeking phone service suggestions in longitudinal study retention efforts
Hello!
I currently manage a longitudinal study focused on child physical abuse prevention. And I'm looking for suggestions from others engaged in research that involves reaching participants by phone. We currently use Google voice to call our participants. However, recently Google voice started getting filtered as spam frequently, which I have found out is happening on the level of the cell providers and not the participant. So I'm looking for suggestions on other calling services for outgoing calls so we can reach participants more reliably, or any other thoughts from people who may have used Google voice and have the same issue. I appreciate your thoughts.
Best,
Komal Brown
