Subject:recruiting for study on the impact of COVID-19 on parenting foster youth and parenting former foster youth
Dear Colleagues,
Our team is recruiting for a new study, which will uplift the stories of parenting foster youth and former foster youth as they make it through the COVID-19 pandemic, through focus groups and PhotoVoice (a participatory action photography project). Please consider sharing this with your community partners and other contacts you think may be interested. We are especially interested in hearing from parenting foster youth/former foster youth of color given the compounded impact of racism and the pandemic. Youth will be compensated for their expertise and their time.
To make sharing this research opportunity easier for you, we have included the link to our Facebook and Instagram ads. You can follow the link through your organization’s account, and share with your followers. Also, we attached a digital flyer you can send out in an email to members, youth, and anyone you think may be interested in either participating or helping us recruit.
