Subject:QIC-WD child welfare workforce analytics institute
The Quality Improvement Center for Workforce Development (QIC-WD) invites you to apply to participate in a short-term Child Welfare Workforce Analytics Institute (The Institute). The goal of The Institute is to build and strengthen partnerships between child welfare and human resources professionals and discuss how to leverage
data necessary to examine and address child welfare workforce challenges.
The QIC-WD is seeking 5 to 8 public and tribal child welfare agencies that are interested in participating in The Institute. Selected agencies are expected to attend multiple webinars and an (all-expenses-paid) 2-day workshop in Washington, D.C. on August 25–26, 2020. They will also be assigned a QIC-WD representative to provide coaching and individualized support as the agency prepares for The Institute and develops an action plan to improve an aspect of their workforce data analytics capacity and practice.
Visit our site to learn more about participating in The Institute. The application deadline is February 14, 2020.
