Subject:Re: what percentage of school children receive CSA prevention programming in school?
Thanks for the links, Kevin and colleagues. I am stunned that such info is not readily available....

I'm not familiar with any direct statistics on this for students in the US as a whole.
You might try doing a back of the envelope calculation by estimating how many states mandate CSA education in schools, at which grade levels, and then estimate the size of their student population for each grade. That'll give you a rough estimate of how many students would have been potentially exposed to CSA education.
Here's info on states that have legislation on CSA education in schools: https://www.enoughabuse.org/legislation/mapping-state-legislative-efforts/csa-education-in-schools.html
You should be able to get data on # of students in each grade by state here: https://nces.ed.gov/programs/coe/indicator_cga.asp
Good luck!

Dear Colleagues,
I am looking for fairly current information on the percentage of school children who receive child sexual abuse prevention programming at school. U.S. data as well as data from other countries would be most appreciated.
Many thanks.
