Check Karyn Purvis' work-Trust Based Relational Intervention. It is a wonderful program for post adoption services for families. I was formerly employed with Bethany Christian Services and they used this in their post adoption program. Also, check with ACT through the University of Texas the Trust Based

Bessel van der Kolk has the Attachment Regulation and Competency program which can be adapted to address issues in post adoption. http://www.traumacenter.org/clients/ARC_Feb2017.php
There is another pre-adoption training program -ACT but I am still looking for info. I will send when I find it.
