I've found the North American Counsel on Adoptable Children (NACAC) resources on parent support groups to be very helpful, although I'm not sure about any evidence to support it.

Hello,
Do any of you know or have research/ evaluations/ agency papers/ working documents / anything!! on PEER SUPPORT PROGRAMS FOR ADOPTIVE PARENTS?
By PEER SUPPORT PROGRAMS, I'm being inclusive all forms - support groups in-person, one-to-one, online communities, mentors, buddies, etc.
The objective of the peer support programs can be anything, including support, advocacy, parenting, connecting to services, etc.
Thanks for your guidance!
Cheers,
Sarah
