Applicants must submit the completed SRI Application PDF and a recent CV.

Download the official SRI 2025 Application (PDF) and fill it out electronically. Please type or paste responses directly into the boxes provided. Save the form to your drive after filling it out. (Only save it -please don't print it or press the 'submit form' button.)
The Application PDF and a recent CV must be submitted via e-mail attachment to NDACAN@cornell.edu. Please title these two attachments beginning with last name (e.g., Jones-App.pdf, Jones-CV.doc).

The Application PDF and CV are the only items that will be processed: please do not submit additional documents.

Applications and CVs must be received by March 1, 2025.

All applications will be reviewed at the close date, and applicants will be notified of their acceptance status by April 1, 2025.
