New NYTD and AFCARS Video Tutorial
NDACAN released a new video tutorial titled, "Merging the National Youth in Transition Database Outcomes File with the Adoption and Foster Care Analysis and Reporting System Foster Care File, using SPSS." The video is designed to assist data users with merging or linking the AFCARS Foster Care FY2011 data file with the NYTD Outcomes File, Cohort Age 17 in FY2011. Data users will be walked through the process of restructuring the NYTD Outcomes File and then joining the two files together. The video can be accessed from the User Support page of our website or by going to our YouTube channel . Companion instructional documents for SPSS, SAS, and Stata, can be found on our User Support page (https://www.ndacan.cornell.edu/user-support/user-support.cfm ).
Please contact us with any questions about our services by e-mailing NDACAN@cornell.edu .
